The Mountaineers hit the road to take on the Cyclones of Iowa State, but left the Cyclones winded with a 49-19 win. Iowa State kept it close the first quarter, with WVU leading 14-13, but the Cyclones were only able to pull off field goals in the second and third quarters and were scoreless the fourth quarter.

Section 304 – Episode 038 – Mark Plants

The Oklahoma Sooners made the trip to a snowy Milan Puskar Stadium Saturday, but the white stuff didn’t deter the 8-2 team from scoring three touchdowns in the first quarter, leaving the Mountaineers scoreless until late in the second quarter. The Sooners won 56-28, leaving WVU with an 8-2 record.

Section 304 – Episode 036 – Rasheed Marshall

section-304-blog-graphicOn this week’s episode of Section 304, it’s a short and sweet episode for the guys as they celebrate West Virginia University’s victory over Kansas Saturday night.

The Jayhawks traveled to Morgantown to face the Mountaineers, only to get kicked in their tail feathers. WVU beat Kansas 48-21, with the Mountaineers regaining their ranking as third in the Big 12. The Mountaineers are now 7-1 and 4-1 in the Big 12. Kansas didn’t score a single point until after halftime.
